Any requests for returns, credits and refunds will be assessed on an individual basis.
If you have received a damaged item, then please contact us and let us know the details so that we can come to a solution that all parties are comfortable with.
We would never purposely send out any products which are broken or damaged in any way, but it is not always possible to see the damage I guess and if this has happened then please accept our humblest apologies and get in contact with us!
Products can be damaged in transit also, although we do our utmost to pack your orders safely to try to protect them during transit, unfortunately we have no control over the dozen or more people who handle the products after we have surrendered them to the post office.
Please keep in mind that Daisuki is a teeny tiny home business and cannot afford to replace products that you have broken when using them, all products are breakable if not treated correctly and handled with care.
If you have changed your mind about products you have ordered, please get in contact with us and let us know and we can discuss it further. If we agree to take the products back, please note that you are responsible for the return postage cost, and there will be a 20% restocking fee on returns. Shipping and handling is non-refundable on any products that are returned. Promotions, including free shipping offer, may be nullified by the return, and we reserve the right for reimbursement of any nullified promotions. Non-authorized returns forfeit all claims. Items with tags removed or in a condition unsuitable for resale may be rejected for returns.
