Registration : I never received an email when I registered!
When you register with us you need to supply a valid email address, because we will send an email to the address you sign up with, and it will have a link that you need to click which will activate your account. Please check your bulk / spam folders just in case the email was mistaken as spam by your email provider!
If you definitely did not receive the email, please contact us and we can fix it for you ^_^
Payment Methods
Payment : Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card
Yes we accept credit card payments! Just select "Paypal" as your method of payment, you do not need to have a Paypal account. Paypal allows us to process "one time" credit card transactions securely and instantly, and best of all your credit card details are not passed on to us and are kept strictly confidential. This is how most of our customers pay for their orders.
Paypal
If you have a Paypal account you can easily use your paypal funds or your credit card to pay for your order. Just select Paypal as your payment method and Bob's your uncle! (that means "no worries") This payment method is usually instant, but if you have paid using an "e-cheque" it may take a few days to clear. As soon as any payments have cleared your items will be posted out.
Australia Post Money Order
If you live in Australia you can pay by Money order! The address to post the money order to will be displayed at the end of the checkout process, if you had selected to pay by Australia Post money order. Once your money order has been received we will post out your items straight away.
Direct Deposit into our Bank Account
Customers with Australian bank accounts also have the option to deposit payment directly into our bank account. This method can take a few days for the payment to clear, and once it has cleared we will post your items out to you.
Payment : I don't have a Paypal account... Can I still pay with credit card?
The beauty about Paypal is that you don't need a Paypal account to pay for the items. All you need is a credit card or a debit card and Paypal will process the payment, without disclosing either your card number or any of that sort of thing to us, so your details are kept completely secure and private. If you selected to pay via paypal there would have been a link that says something like "Pay with a credit card or debit card". See the graphic below..
Shipping / Postage / Delivery
Where are you located, & can I collect my order?
We are located in South Australia! We do not have an actual physical store however, we only operate via this website and the occasional convention appearance such as AVCon! For this reason pickup is not available, but please contact us if you are concerned about the postage price!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide. International shipping can be quite expensive so don't be afraid to contact us about the postage price. We will do our best to get the cheapest postage price possible for your order, and sometimes we can get the postage cheaper than what our postage calculator at the checkout calculates! When this happens we will send you a postage refund via paypal if you have already paid. If your order consists of flat, lightweight items such as stickers, sticker sacks, small memo pads, envelopes, small notebooks etc, then we may be able to post it as a "large letter" rather than as a "parcel". To fit into a letter, the items (and packaging) need to fit through a 2cm (0.7 inch) slot, and weigh under 500 grams. Here is an example of what will fit into a "letter" :
As another example, if you wanted to purchase 5x sticker sacks, then your postage cost would be $8.00 altogether. That is for a letter weighing upto 250 grams. We have tried our best to configure the postage calculator to work out what can and can't fit into a letter, but if you are unsure please feel free to contact us.
How much will the postage cost?
The postage cost will vary depending on your location, the size of the items you order, and the weight of the items you order. To find out what the postage will cost, please add the items you want to your shopping cart and then begin the checkout procedure. Part way through the checkout procedure you will be able to choose your postage method and it will show you what the price will be - at this stage your order is not finalised so don't worry! You can still add or subtract items no worries.
In some cases if your order consists of flat, lightweight items such as stickers, sticker sacks, small memo pads, envelopes, small notebooks etc, then we may be able to post it as a "large letter" rather than as a "parcel", which will make the postage cheaper and we have added this option to the shipping options so please select carefully when you checkout. We ALWAYS try to get the cheapest postage price for you, and if we can get it cheaper than what the checkout has charged you then we will always offer to refund the extra amount or give you store credit. So, if you see a scary postage price at the checkout and you have thin, lightweight items in your cart, please contact us to check if the items can fit into a "letter" before you run away screaming and cursing us! :P

The checkout is saying that my the volume of the items in my order is too big to post!?
If it says this please let us know! We must have entered in the weight or size wrongly when we uploaded one of the products (>_<) Please contact us (either by the contact us link here on the website or via our facebook page) and copy the items from your cart into a message to us and we will get it all fixed up - thank you so much =)
