Delivery / Shipping

We are located in South Australia! We do not have an actual physical store however, we only operate via this website and the occasional convention appearance. For this reason pickup is not available, but please contact us if you are concerned about the postage price!

Yes we do! We ship worldwide. But as we are located in Australia, International shipping can be quite expensive so don't be afraid to contact us about the postage price. We will do our best to get the cheapest postage price possible for your order!

For Australian Orders, All orders weighing upto 500g are $9.95,
All orders weighing between 500g and 3kg are $13.95,
And all orders weighing between 3kg and 5kg are $20.95.
Some orders that only contain a few stickers can be sent for just $4.95, look for the shipping option STICKERS ONLY when you checkout! (This will only work if you have one or two sticker sheets and nothing else in your order! ♥)

Express shipping is also available for a few dollars more!

EXPRESS POST SHIPPING (Australia Only)
Whilst we ALWAYS do our absolute best to dispatch express post orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, this is not always possible - as sometimes there is a backlog of orders which will always get processed in the order that they are received - or if your order includes handmade items such as our hand-sculpted clay earrings, these are made to order and usually take a few days to finish and be ready for posting. On some occasions we may have some already made up from a previous batch which can be dispatched quickly, but this is not always the case. 

If you need an order by a certain date, such as for a birthday gift - please send us a message along with your order and let us know, or message us beforehand - and we will do our darndest to get the items to you in time! If we feel like we can't meet your deadline we will respond and let you know.

International shipping from Australia is insanely expensive, especially with tracking which we pretty much insist on! The absolute minimum shipping cost for international orders would be about $25, so not cheap at all unfortunately. This is the cheapest possible option to post parcels overseas AND have tracking on them. Depending on the weight of the items you order the price may be more than $25, $25 is just the starting price.

YES! We are currently sending everything with tracking. All orders are sent through Australia Post and can be tracked here.

Delivery times vary based on how far your order has to travel, and also what time of the year it is (as often mail can be slower in the weeks leading up to Christmas etc) If you are in Australia you should hopefully receive your order within about 3 - 7 business days, but international orders will take longer. A rough guide would be between 7 - 14 business days.
