This gorgeous mini tape dispenser by Q-Lia Japan comes with a roll of cello tape (plain sticky tape) included, but once you run out of that you can use the dispenser again and again for washi tape or other mini cello tape rolls! (Make sure they are not wider than the standard 5mm!) 
The dispenser folds up neatly to store in your bag or drawer, and the cutting arm can easily be folded out when you need to use it!
